SHIPPING
-Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package. All packages are shipped from our headquarters located in Istanbul,TURKEY.
-We use DHL Express as our freight partner and we ship internationally.
-Please allow 2 business days for processing. Any orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day. Shipping time is dependent on the location but ranges between 5-7 business days after processing.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Currency Conversions
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars, and charged in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay.
RETURN POLICY
We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and essential oils available in the world. In order to provide you with high quality products at reasonable costs we ask for no returns after 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. It's simple, we offer returns within 30 days on diffusers only, oils cannot be returned due to custom regulations. Keep in mind that before you buy your oil you can always sample it. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our samples collection to select a sample pack that suits your scenting needs.
We will not accept the return of user damaged products.
If you are not satisfied with your scent diffuser, please contact us to initiate your return.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
REFUND POLICY
All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after your return has been authorized through our Returns Center and received at our warehouse.
